In most cases, our services are completely free to you. We’re paid by the lender once your mortgage closes. The only time a fee might apply is if your situation requires private lending or a unique solution — and we’ll always let you know in advance if that’s the case.
We work for you, not the bank. That means:
  • Access to a wide range of lenders
  • Unbiased advice
  • Personalized solutions
  • Negotiation power
  • No cost to you in most cases (B lenders and private lenders)
We’re based in Embrun, but we help clients across all of Ontario — virtually or in-person. We’re bilingual and happy to assist in French or English.
Our pre-approvals can take 24–48 hours once we receive your documents. Full approvals for purchases typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the lender and conditions.
